    This open awareness meditation will help you to let go of thoughts, feelings and sensations, and rest in a condition of merely being the open awareness in which these thoughts, feelings, and sensations are arising.

    A large part of our suffering around repeating thoughts, feelings, and sensations, has to do with how we engage with them. When we learn not to engage, but simply to be the open awareness in which they arise, we relieve ourselves of attachment, and experience freedom instead.
