  • How It Works

    No-strings-attached Introduction

    Book a 90 minute introduction session. We will explore your needs, you will learn more about my methods, I will write a recovery plan, and afterwards, you can decide if you feel like coaching is for you. Book your Introduction session with a 50% discount to the normal rate.

    Individual Track

    Start a tailor made coaching track with me, usually between 6 and 12 sessions.

    You can book your track online, or offline (my practice is in Amsterdam).

    Group Track

    Are you someone who benefits from group support, or are you looking for a less costly option for coaching, maybe group coaching is for you. I am currently setting up group coaching so you may be among the first groups to start.
