Chronic stress can be mental, physical, emotional, and dare I say it... yes, spiritual. I get it, spirituality may feel like a weird word. But the way I define it, is as a feeling of meaning and connection to more than just our individual needs. Doing something meaningful that spans beyond your own basic needs, can be deeply satisfying, and a lack of this feeling in work, can be deeply stressful.
So, for all these types of stress, I have developed online courses. The mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual are deeply intertwined, but it can help to tackle these parts step by step in order not to get overwhelmed by all the different types of stress in our lives.
Mental & Spiritual Stress: Rethink Your Beliefs and Habits
We are defined by the actions we take every day. If you are stressed or out of balance, you have habits, beliefs, and thoughts that are fueling your stress. In this course, you will learn how to redefine how you view yourself, find more meaning and purpose in what you do, create an environment that fosters relaxation and balance, and learn how to build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Physical Stress: The Power of Breathing
In our mind-focused society, we often forget how to connect to our bodies. The good news, is that there is an easy, fast, and intimate way to connect to your body, that doesn't require emotional intelligence, flexibility, musicality, spirituality, or being great at sports. You can feel your body through breathing.
Learning how to breathe properly is truly a transformative experience if you have never really paid attention to how your breathe, and refining your breathing skills will help you to relax and deal with stress in an instant.
In this multi module course, you will learn how to physically relax yourself, how to trigger and endure physical stress, and how to become physically more resillient.
Emotional Stress: Foster Connection Through Conflict Resolution
We are getting more and more disconnected. From ourselves, and from each other. Constantly immerged in the online world, having a phone to grab at the slightest feeling of discomfort, we are losing the ability to navigate our inner emotional landscape.
Spending time with our inner world, getting to know ourselves truly, with all the uncomfortable feelings, and openly allowing others to see all of us, is one of the biggest stress relievers.
In this course, you learn how your thoughts, emotions, and needs are connected. You will learn why you feel the way you do, why you may feel uncomfortable, stressed out, or conflicted, AND you will learn how to comunicate your feelings and needs to others in an honest, open, and non judgmental way.
Rebuilding connection through resolving conflict is often a very important step in ensuring we are fully seen and supported by others.
